since 2020 - conversion to SAP hybris commerce cloud
chemfidence provides an electronic ordering and invoicing process via SAP direct connection, Business Connector, OCI punchout or other data formats such as XML, xCBL.
Catalog formats such as BMEcat and classification systems such as eCl@ss are part of our standard.
Due to our extensive know-how in the field of e-commerce, we support our customers in testing, implementing and connecting existing customer systems, thus business processes can be accelerated and made more efficient.
Electronic distribution channels
Since 2020 our new store based on SAP hybris commerce cloud is in use, replacing the old version hybris eBusiness platform. The new version thus offers to customers the following added value:
- Significant improvement of the item search in response time and quality of results
- The complete order process can be completed in just 10 seconds
- Multi-level product variants in the area of occupational health and safety
- Configurable products
- High-performance imports and exports of large supplier catalogs
Access to assortments and catalogs can be controlled individually for each customer.
In the chemfidence store, our customers currently have access to approx. 1.6 million products, 7 chemfidence assortment catalogs, 16 supplier/manufacturer catalogs and a large number of customer-specific assortment catalogs.
Via punchout the store can be integrated with full functionality into the customer's solution.
